ThumbSync ("Service") is operated by 温泉エンジニア (Representative: Takashi Nagao).
The Service provides an AI-powered SaaS platform that generates YouTube thumbnails while maintaining brand consistency based on the user's YouTube channel URL.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years old.
Users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent.
3. Account Registration
Users must:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Be responsible for all activity under their account
Google authentication may be used for login.
4. Subscription & Payment
Subscription plans:
- Basic Plan: $9.90/month
- Pro Plan: $19.90/month
Payments are processed via Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly.
No refunds are provided.
5. Credits
Users may receive initial free credits.
Credits have no monetary value and are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of generated thumbnails.
Commercial use is permitted.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with YouTube policies and applicable laws.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
- Abuse payment systems (including chargebacks)
- Interfere with system stability
- Registering or using a YouTube Channel URL that you do not own or have explicit authorization to use.
- Generating content intended to impersonate another creator or infringe upon another creator's brand identity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is".
We do not guarantee:
- Specific growth results
- Revenue increases
- YouTube algorithm performance
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous month.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Japanese courts.
11. Representation and Warranty
By providing a YouTube Channel URL, you represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of said channel or have been granted express permission by the owner to use it with this Service.
